Benefits of the XTRAX Showcases

How do XTRAX Showcases work?
XTRAX showcases are free-to-attend and coincide with the UK’s leading outdoor arts festivals. This means delegates see high-quality outdoor shows available for touring.

Being free-to-attend opens the showcases up to anyone working in outdoor arts. Delegates range from Festival Directors and Producers to Company Directors, Performers, Agents and more. They come together to network, exchange ideas, and form business connections.

To ease networking, XTRAX organises professional events, from seminars, expo-style trade fairs, and artists’ presentations. These help delegates to form new connections and extend their networks. They offer artists more ways to present themselves to an international audience.

Benefits for Promoters:
XTRAX supports promoters to travel to the festivals to see the best outdoor shows. As well as work ready for touring, promoters can find out about work in development and meet others working in the sector.

Benefits for Artists:
XTRAX Showcases serve as a marketplace to support artists to sell their work. XTRAX helps artists to make valuable connections with people who might book their work, or support it through commissioning, in-kind support, and mentorship.
