INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

XTRAX is recognised as one of the UK’s leading experts in the European outdoor arts, international networking and excel at delivering transnational projects

XTRAX runs Platform 4:UK, a strategic programme designed to support the international promotion and export of UK outdoor artists, delivered with partners across Europe and further afield. Funded by Arts Council England, it is designed to build on XTRAX’s existing showcase work and further help artists to make new international contacts and increase the visibility of the UK outdoor arts sector.

XTRAX is a member of the Circostrada Network, a European platform for street arts and circus, dedicated to information, observation and professional exchanges. In 2016, XTRAX hosted Circostrada’s general meeting, in the context of Greenwich+Docklands International Festival’s Showcase for Street Arts, in collaboration with ISAN and The Albany. In 2015, Members of the team were invited to share their expertise with some of the sector’s leading authorities and to curate and facilitate panel discussions at Fresh Street, a European seminar for the development of Street Arts, organised by Circostrada Network in partnership with FiraTàrrega, to an an audiences of professionals, artists and policy makers from all over Europe for a key focus on Street Arts.
