Mintfest is over for another year…
…and I’m sure you’ll agree that it was a wonderful weekend which saw the streets of Kendal come alive with whimsical outdoor performances from both UK and international performers with over 90 delegates coming from all over the UK and Europe, with guests coming from France, Spain and the Netherlands and enjoying their time in the Lakes.
As for XTRAX and our events, we hope you enjoyed all our professional offerings over the course of the weekend – we’re very pleased to see a mixture of old and new faces in the audience and to see a good combination of artists, promoters and programmers. We hope you learned something from the professional discussions, enjoyed XTRAX Shorts – and are considering booking some of them for future events – and have made some new, valuable contacts. All material from the weekend will be made available on our website soon so please feel free to download these at your leisure.
As Mintfest will be taking a break out next year, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire festival team – with a personal thanks to Julie, Jeremy, Jan and Jenny for all their hard work over the years, all of which has made Mintfest possible – we look forward to seeing what the future holds for Kendal.
Over the next few days we will be sending out evaluation forms, via email, to those who attended, and took part in, our events. This feedback is vital for us and will allow us to programme similar events in the future. We ask that you complete this at your earliest convenience. If over the next few days you haven’t received a feedback form, please contact [email protected]
In the meantime, check out some of the kind words we received over the weekend
