Delegate Information


The following information will help guests find their way around the festival site

Delegate registration
Delegates can collect their delegate bag and name badge for the International Showcase at St George’s Theatre, King Street, Great Yarmouth. NR30 2PG from 11;30 onward.

Event RSVP and low-capacity shows
To help us ensure there are enough provisions, We will ask you to confirm which events you will be attending. This will be done through our RSVP form.

Lunch and dinner with showcase artists and delegates
As part of the XTRAX / Out There Festival International Showcase we invite delegates to join us for lunch and dinner at The Drill House. Meals cost £10. We will ask you to confirm which meals you would like have through our RSVP form.

Photo board
We will display the photographs you have sent us when registering, and place it on a notice board to help you identify who’s who during the showcase. Please use this online form to upload your photo. Alternatively please email one to 

Artist information area
Artists and delegates are invited to bring promotional material about their work to the Showcase Hub. There will be space to leave brochures and flyers.

Access requirements
We aim to make the showcase an inclusive event within an accessible environment and will do all we can do to support your requirements. If you have any access requirements, please contact us in advance, or let the team know on the day at the information desk at the Hub.

If you require BSL interpreters please let us know.
