Anyday.
The piece is devised for street festivals and outdoor performances.
Anyday takes its name from the daily life of a lonely character, Max and his bird. As the show develops the character lives trough a series of events, moving from the absurd through comedy moments to a more touch- ing and melancholic atmosphere.
Max’s home is his trampoline. He lives a nomadic live, travelling from town to town. Surrounded by lots of people in busy streets and bustling squares, he feels save living in his bubble. But Max is looking for a change. Slowly he begins to venture out and share his life with the audience reviling a surreal and poetic world.
Anyday is a contemporary circus trampoline show that uses elements of clowning, physical theatre and object manipulation. The show places the character and his home firmly within the audience, and uses the audience as his extended environment, including improvised audience interaction.
