Big Knitting

Category: Show

Big Knitting is an interactive installation which invites the audience to play, touch and experience the space that it creates. Knitted from white plastic on an industrial scale, Big Knitting impresses audience with it’s incredible size and interactive abilities. Spanning spaces between trees, posts or trussing Big Knitting creates a knitted canopy with hanging tubes for the audience to spin, jump and dance within. Lighting through the knitting illuminates the installation bringing it to life. As the light is cast through the knitted stitches, patterns are formed on the ground creating an immersive space.
