Two city-workers and a fence. The fence has an even longer service-record than the men themselves. They seem to be bonded together eternally, in their peculiar way. Minute after minute, the men are lingering aimlessly at their fence… until finally they do start moving.
The fence serves them as a place to sleep, a fitness-device, a musical instrument, a shelter and even as….a fence. And they keep dragging it along with them… the fence.
And the passers-by? The fence leads, meets and cheats them.
