KALABAZI is the story of a young eccentric and polka dotted woman who has an hour to spare before leaving. On a whim she decides to use it to get married.
But not to just anybody!
She organises a love contest amongst the public to find the perfect spouse.
Two members of the audience will do their best to make her dream come true by undertaking the most discombobulating challenges. The young woman will encourage them performing acrobatics on her faithful yellow bicycle and singing to them backwards.
Who will be the Chosen One?
This circus, clown and poetry show, brimming with emotion, is always performed in the language of the area where it takes place, be it a dialect, like that of Naples or a language like Brazilian, Inuktitut or Japanese.
