Lovely Bugs is an outdoor, interactive, aerial dance work created for disabled and non-disabled audiences of all ages. Originally created as a series of residencies which comprised aerial dance performance, ‘have a go’ sessions, bug hunts, nature trails and opportunity to picnic.
“Fabulous! How great for our young people and carers. You captured their hearts and ours. Thank you!”
“It was very good. I understand the bees.”
“Can’t believe the children sat still for so long”.
“The show was absolutely brilliant.”
Set on a spectacular 6m high dome rig and giant spider’s web, Lovely Bugs is inspired by environmental science, nursery rhymes and 21st century thinking.
“An inspired use of the rig – I’ve seen many silks/rope/trapeze type acts before but this was truly original and beautifully danced.”
“Great show, enraptured the children as well as us, lovely to see something so unusual in a fantastic location thanks!!”
