Walk the Plank, one of the UK’s leading outdoor arts specialists, bring their acclaimed Fire Garden installation to Trinitat Park for La Mercè 2025.

Known for creating ambitious public celebrations and immersive outdoor spectacles for over thirty years, the company will transform the park into a glowing landscape of metal, fire and feature music created by local musicians in Barcelona.

This fiery experience invites audiences to wander among glowing sculptures, from burning flowers and flaming bulrushes to kinetic birds and mechanical marvels, all brought to life with flame and light in a truly unique setting.

Walk the Plank has taken work or made shows in Canada, Singapore, Norway, France, Germany, Portugal, Cyprus, Finland and the Netherlands. This will be the company’s first appearance in Spain and in Catalunya. Walk the Plank is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
