Inspired by the original poem by Lewis Carroll, ‘The Walrus and the Carpenter’ have been transported through fantastical lands and have landed with their sailboat and prized oyster. This unusual duo gather a crowd using storytelling, singing, physical comedy and audience interaction in this cleverly interwoven promenade performance and walkabout.
The audience are drawn into a musical tale, with satirical moments, action and comedy to captivate passers by. With plenty of surprises, including pyrotechnic effects and an exploding oyster, brave audience members are encouraged to help Mr Walrus in his extreme attempts to prepare dinner!
