WHITE SIGNS is an improvvisation performance on the poetry of daily life.
Around ten actor/statues, covered in clay from head to foot are left to roam the streets, squares, bars, park and supermarkets – every place where it is possible to meet people.
The living statues will not fail to provoke curiosity, surprise, fright and amusement in innocent passers-by, creating highly communicative moments of rare intensity.
With this performance, the Silence Theatre has experimented that by using the universality of gesture, body language and the steadiness of image it is possible to give and receive incredible emotions by talking to persons who live in characteristic cultural places with extremely different environments.
