LOD music theatre is a Ghent production house for opera and music theatre. For over twenty years now, it has guaranteed the creation of pioneering artistic work. LOD works with a range of artists (composers Kris Defoort, Dick van der Harst, Jan Kuijken, Dominique Pauwels, Daan Janssens and Thomas Smetryns, director Inne Goris, actor/writer/director Josse De Pauw, visual artist/theatre maker Patrick Corillon, director Fabrice Murgia and philosopher/writer Pieter De Buysser). LOD pays special attention to a collaboration with Wallonian artists, for instance in De Duivel Beduveld (The Devil Bedeviled), The Blind (with Patrick Corillon), Middle East (with Philippe Blasband), Ghost Road (with Fabrice Murgia) and The incredible changes of Mr. Afzal (with Patrick Corillon).
