Poppets Puppets were formed in 1998 by Tony Lidington & Gary Bridgens. Using traditional techniques and forms, these terrific storytellers create accessible, animated performance in and around a magical booth and tradiitonal vardo. Each show includes magic, puppetry, music and audience participation. Poppets Puppets have played to many thousands of children at Festivals around the country and appeal to parents, grandparents and teenagers alike. Each show lasts approx’ 45 minutes and can be performed both indoors and outdoors. Poppets can also do a strolling performance from a cart if required.
