Rinkoo Barpaga is an artist of the now, with awards from Arts Council England to develop his practice. The American Comedy Institute, said “Rinkoo is a born comedian; an engaging and daring performer.” His powerful & gripping story telling is evident in the work he has created for touring and the reason he has key supporters in the PoC Theatre sector. In early 2020 he was awarded an OffSite seed commission for Midlands outdoor arts festivals, organised by Deda, Derby (postponed). He has presented successful creative provocations at Awkward Bastards, Mac Birmingham, Slanguages by Creative Multilingualism & IETM in Milan, Italy.
