Studio Stefan Jovanović

Studio Stefan Jovanović is a multi-disciplinary performing arts and architecture company led by architect and choreographer Stefan Jovanović. Their productions create neo-mythical worlds and speculative fabulations in theatrical and site-specific environments. Stefan explores thematics of radical togetherness, systemic inclusion and ancestral trauma through a maximalist
aesthetic and approach that combines sculpture, drawing, dance and installation art. Creating spaces for healing sits at the core of the company’s practice.
The company’s current research explores notions of creating togetherness through mediums that are very physical, spiritual & virtual, creating social spaces that allow for difference and the integration of embodiment, affect and empathic awareness into artistic and cultural experiences.
