My name is Rosy, I am a British theatre maker and for the last year and a half I have been studying a postgraduate specialisation in Object Theatre, Interaction and New Media in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have developed a global art project as part of these studies.
The Travelling Light Project is an experiment to see if I can connect with the whole world, using modern technological advances in the name of art. My aim is to collect an object from every country in the world, small objects that can be sent my mail (physical objects) or email (virtual objects) and to put them all inside a handheld suitcase to create a travelling performance. I want to put the world in a suitcase!
