Winter Circus Lantern Parade, Cardigan

This is the 4th consecutive amazing lantern parade in Cardigan by Small World Theatre. Last year there were a huge number of lanterns filling the street and passing for 40 minutes seen by 10,000 people in town for it. This year there is a Retro Winter Circus feel to the lanterns created by the company and the public.
