Stella Hall is a freelance Festival producer, based in NE England and working nationally / internationally. Currently programming in Salford’s Quays and Media City and a Festival of Thrift with Wayne and Gerardine Hemingway. She has a passion for collaboration and bringing people and place together through shared creative experiences. Co – founded Green Room, Manchester and was Festival Director, Belfast Festival at Queens, Creative Director, culture 10, across NE England and the first Festival Director of Preston Guild 2012, an event occurring every twenty years since 1179! She is a Board member of Wildworks, Cornwall, and ArtsAdmin, London.
