Immerse yourself in spinning tales of alchemy and legend brought to life with spellbinding theatre, magic and wonder. In the hour between twilight and dark, restless souls appear – in the echo of a song, a rumble of thunder, a trick of the light. These spirits take sanctuary in the shadows. They flicker in the treetops and travel through hidden tunnels.

With surround staging and immersive sound, the audience is placed at the heart of the action. This large-scale outdoor work for 4000 people celebrates the magic of twilight and the spirits it brings to life.

Funded by Arts Council England, Heritage Lottery Fund, Hull City Council, Wirral Borough Council & Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. Commissioned By Absolutely Cultured & Wirral Borough of Culture 2019. Rehearsed at 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space.
