Pareesa joined the XTRAX team in 2022 as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. Her role involves helping raise the profile of XTRAX and Without Walls, as well as supporting the Project Management team with administrative duties. She previously worked at Manchester International Festival and Theatre Deli Sheffield.

Her interest in multidisciplinary arts began when she got involved with organisations such as Warwick Arts Centre, Eastside Projects in Birmingham and Sheff Doc/Fest. The latter’s Alternate Realities programme sparked an interest in the possibilities of digital art and immersive experiences. While studying English Literature at University of Warwick, she helped produce student theatre shows including for Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She also completed an Intercalated Year at Sorbonne Université in Paris.
