Lesa Dryburgh, Freelance Marketing Manager

Based in Manchester and originally from Salford, Lesa brings over 25 years’ experience across performing arts, culture, education, and outdoor arts in the UK and internationally. Her work spans marketing, PR, and strategic communications, including launching major UK arts centres rooted in social value, and delivering international training via the British Council in Georgia and Singapore.

Passionate about equity, access, diversity, and inclusion, Lesa champions the power of outdoor arts to unite communities and enhance placemaking.

She is excited to join XTRAX as a Freelance Marketing Manager, helping to elevate the voices of artists and amplify the sector’s impact, cultural relevance, and global collaborations.

Lesa also serves as Vice Chair of Community Arts North West and holds various voluntary roles supporting inclusive practice.
