Bui Bolg Outdoor Arts is bringing the marvellous Inflatable Serpent -‘The Puca’ as designed by the amazing Keith Payne, (designer for the stars-Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Pink Floyd to name a few), to London for their annual St Patrick’s Day parade through the heart of the city.
