BeautifulMess has been creating Arts Council funded outdoor work since 2013 reviewed as “fresh, uncensored theatre…truly for EVERYONE!” (Islington Community Theatre) attracting diverse audiences not usually engaged in the arts with their “magical, surreal, uplifting, comic, poignant… treat on the street!”
BeautifulMess have also been commissioned internationally (India, South Africa) to work in multiple communities creating celebratory, inclusive, site-based performance.
Kati Francis (UK) founded BeautifulMess (2013) after completing her MA in Applied Theatre at The Royal Central School for Speech and Drama.
