Bread & Goose are a collaborative performance company led by Artistic Directors (Alison Neighbour- scenographer and Kate Lovell- writer) and incorporating Associate artists including Jon Mcleod (composer),& Jo Shapland (choreographer), and a growing number of performers. We create visually-striking performances that are a blend of live art and theatre, with a focus on scenography as the leading creative impulse, and social engagement as our guiding principle. We invite our audiences to participate the creation of work and in doing so, develop a deeper connection to it. All of our work connects strongly to the place where it is performed, and we take a playfuland open approach to making and sharing.
