Dreamed up by Positive Productions, Dragon Heart Beats marries the imagination and Trinidad carnival experience of director Paul Streetly with sculpture by Ptolemy Elrington of Hubcapcreatures, and arts engineering by AFX Studio.
Produced with Arts Council England funding, Dragon Heart Beats is a dramatic live music and street theatre experience. Ideal as a medium scale finale or high impact walkabout, suitable for any outdoor event, day or night.
Fiery propane dragon breath, smoke, lighting effects and pyrotechnics are accompanied by powerful live percussive music, amplified by the Dragon’s 2 kilowatt onboard sound system. We also provide inspiring percussion workshops.
