The Fabularium is a Coventry-based theatre company that specialises in outdoor performances for family audiences of all ages, developing a variety of outdoor work in the forms of walkabout animations, static performances upon a wooden cart, and festival and cityscape takeovers, all with The Fabularium’s unique blend of engaging storytelling, original live music, mask work and puppetry. With stunning visuals and a medieval aesthetic, the company have a solid repertoire of acts they have toured both nationally and internationally, from community events to festivals across Europe.
Our loud and silly performances often involve adaptation of classic folk tales by Aesop and Grimm, and most recently Cervantes. With no tech support required, our shows sit perfectly in the hearts of community parks, city centres, family arts events, schools, garden centres, greenfield and city-scape festivals.
