Led by internationally renowned theatre choreographer Kate Flatt, Kate Flatt Projects has a growing portfolio of vibrant devised dance theatre pieces and crossover works reflecting Kate’s interest in narrative and ritual themes. Kate’s projects feature live music, strong dancers and integrated design concepts, alongside a key interest in traditional dance sources and engagement with audiences through community participation work. Recent works include Soul Play, Songs from a Hotel Bedroom, and Ballroom of Joys and Sorrows.
A Creative Associate at Watford Palace Theatre, Kate has also recently worked with ROH 2, Ipswich New Wolsey, Trestle Arts Base, and Greenwich Dance.
