Same Difference Arts

Having worked in street theatre with Faceless community theatre i have experience with puppets both hand and large scale, full body costume, stilt walking, mime and character work. I enjoy interacting with families and children, people and places to bring laughter and enjoyment to everyday life.
Working with Yorkshire Life Aquatic i performed as a dancer and synchronised swimmer as a vintage pin-up character. This work explored site specific locations including fountains, water features, festival and swimming pools.
Having trained with Kendal Summer School and Double Edge Physical theatre (Boston) my focus is physical, character and devised work. I have also developed circus skills through extra training including fire work, juggling, weapons, acrobatics and stilts.
I would describe myself as a devising performer, looking for new and exciting ways to play and find interaction between the work and the people it encounters.
