XTRAX is in Chile this January with Wired Aerial Theatre who will present As The World Tipped at Santiago a Mil International Festival, one of the most important performing arts festivals in South America
Written and directed by Nigel Jamieson, one of the world’s leading creators of outdoor spectacle (Sydney Olympics, Liverpool Capital of Culture), As the World Tipped is an ambitious and extraordinary piece of aerial theatre that tells a powerful tale of an ecological crisis. Combining dramatic film and visuals with breathtaking aerial performance, where, suspended above the audience in the night sky, the performers struggle to control their precarious world as they battle with the effects of a drastic environmental catastrophe.
As The World Tipped has played over 50 times across the UK, France, Germany, Australia, South Korea, Italy and more.
