The Divination Palace | A UK/Catalan co-production

The Divination Palace is a scalable performance installation inspired by African art and music, created by Jim Parris in collaboration with Xumo Nounjio (composer/performer), Anthony Missen, Company Chameleon (Creative Director), Kadafi Mulula, Company Chameleon (performer) and a team of leading Global Majority artists and academics.

Inspired by the importance of divination practices and art in many parts of Africa as a tool for dealing with life, the Divination Palace is a multi-sensory performance and installation in which the participants share a contemporary ritual reflecting their divination.

The show premiered on May 15th at Theatre Principal d’Olot (Catalonia) and is looking to tour to indoor and outdoor locations.
