Presenting shows in our 1800 seat theatre, 200 seat studio theatre, hosting world class international festivals, events, conferences and a new creative programme of work in less conventional spaces.
My role is to develop a new creative programme of work, off the main stage, animating the streets and outdoor amphitheatre?s creating a new summer season of worldclass outdoor theatre and performance. Launching July 2010
The theatre will become a home for art and installations in the future and I will also be programming into the less conventional spaces in our building such as dressing rooms, our confectionary kiosks, foyers and atrium spaces.
I also have occasional access to our 200 capacity studio theatre which we share with DanceXchange and Birmingham Royal Ballet.
Working closely with festivals and partners in the city, we aim to support ambitious off site projects.
