MPA is the arts development agency for the Pennine Lancashire area. MPA works across a broad range of artforms, and aims to locate culture at the heart of social and economic regeneration.
Our work includes projects to promote Pennine Lancashire through its landscape, community projects in deprived neighbourhoods, work with Asian communities and others to promote cohesion in our towns, and through all our work, a strong programme of creative learning for schools and young people.
Melas, community festivals and site-specific events are regular features of our programme, and so MPA is always keen to meet purveyors of high quality street art.
