Watermans is a vibrant arts centre in West London. In additon to our venue programme, we run a regular outdoor arts programme. In summer 2014, we launch Bell Square, a new permanent outdoor arts space in Hounslow town centre. Bell Square will offer a year-round programme of outdoor arts. The programme will include international and UK work, and will also support emerging artists. We are interested in developing further partnerships to support the long term development of the programme.
