Of English and Chinese heritage, Rebecca recently returned to the UK after living and working in Singapore for 15 years. In Singapore, she worked as a theatre practitioner, educator and manager, championing youth arts education and equal access for all.
She served as the Artistic Director for Buds Theatre and its youth wing, BYT. She was also the Festival Director for the Asian Youth Theatre Festival (2017 – 2021) and its residency programme, Uniting Asia (2019 – 2022).

On return to the UK she worked with Walk the Plank, creating and building ambitious outdoor projects both locally and internationally, most notably working to deliver the opening of the 2025 European Capital of Culture summer programme in Bodø, Norway.

Rebecca is delighted to have joined the XTRAX team and looks forward to developing new artistic relationships and art work!
