Zum-Zum Teatre

Founded in 1994, Zum-Zum Teatre is a theatre company based in Lleida, Catalonia (Spain), making performances for children, young people and family audiences.
Through theatre, movement and visual storytelling, the company seeks to inspire, stimulate and entertain audiences of all ages.
Its productions encourage imagination, curiosity and reflection through engaging theatrical experiences.
Zum-Zum Teatre develops interdisciplinary productions that raise questions rather than provide answers, inviting audiences to view the world through the lens of theatre. The company believes that children deserve access to high-quality performing arts and continues to develop original productions for young audiences and families.
While the company’s work is primarily presented in theatre venues, its outdoor dance-theatre productions HIPPOS and RHINOS have been developed for festivals and public spaces. HIPPOS received the Moritz Award for Best Street Arts Premiere at FiraTàrrega 2018 and has toured internationally, with performances in Germany, Romania, the United Kingdom, France, Portugal, Bahrain, the Netherlands and Finland.
Today, Zum-Zum Teatre continues its artistic journey with original productions for audiences of all ages, combining artistic quality, visual imagination and meaningful storytelling.
