XTRAX is pleased to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s major outdoor festivals, the Freedom Festival in Hull, UK
Taking place on 31 August – 2nd September, Freedom Festival is one of the UK’s biggest international outdoor arts festivals. The Festival programme includes new work from British Artists including a new show from aerial company Full Tilt Aerial Theatre, Full Circle from Avanti Display, In Situ commissioned installation The Pig from Kaleider, as well as established Without Walls commissioned shows including Company Chameleon (Witness This), Far From The Norm (HOH), Luke Jerram (Museum of The Moon), Motionhouse/NoFit State (BLOCK), Southpaw Dance (Carousel), Stopgap (Bill and Bobby), Upswing (Red Shoes). Amongst the international companies will be Gravity and Other Myths (Simple Space), L’Homme Debout (Rise), Cie Adhok (L’envol).
You are invited to see a rich programme of outdoor and indoor work and meet with others working in the industry. Learn about new models of working in a professional programme that will include discussions, training and pitching sessions.
